Local entrepreneur Shelley Cramer has been working to create opportunities for girls to blossom into strong leaders. With an extensive resume working at high-profile companies and, most recently, at Saks Fifth Avenue (pictured here), Cramer founded a mentorship program at Sacred Hearts Academy called Girls Got Grit.
