The Senior Class will be holding a car wash on Sept. 22 to fundraise for Project Graduation. Pre-sale tickets are ten dollars.
The car wash will be held at JN Chevrolet Mazda on Nimitz from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Students from the Senior Class will wash cars with parents and friends.
Senior Kauionalani Kekuawela said, “This is a great fundraiser because people can get their car washed and support our class at the same time.”
At the car dealership, students will sell hot dogs, hamburgers and drinks for a dollar each. Proceeds will also benefit the class of 2014 Project Graduation.
Cynthia Barley, mother of senior Ashley Barley, said, “I think that this has been one of the more effective fundraisers because Ashley was able to sell tickets to all my co-workers who need their cars washed.”
