Freshman Alana Glaser will be starring in the Performing Arts Center of Kapolei’s (PACK) production of “The Little Mermaid, Jr.” in October.

Glaser has been performing with PACK for five years and has been involved in numerous productions, including “The Wizard of Oz” and “Willy Wonka Jr.” Glaser has also participated in Saint Louis-SHA drama productions and performed with The Actors Group.

Glaser said, “I’m really excited to be cast as Ariel in this production because she has always been my favorite Disney princess. My little sister, Alyse, has also been cast as Scuttle and I’m really excited to work with her in this play.”

Senior Lauren Nagamine also has a role in the play.

The play will show at Kapolei High school on Oct. 3, 4, 10 and 11 at 7:30 p.m. and on Oct. 9 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased through the PACK web site.
