Alfonso Cuarón’s science fiction thriller, “Gravity,” begins with Dr. Ryan Stone (Sandra Bullock), a medical engineer on a shuttle mission, accompanied by longtime astronaut, Matt Kowalsky (George Clooney), on a normal routine space walk when disaster strikes, leading to the complete destruction of the space shuttle. Stone and Kowalsky have a limited oxygen supply and are spiraling in space.
