This year, Sacred Hearts Academy celebrated its 116’s birthday, marking over a century of learning, faith and sisterhood. The campus was filled with joy as students, teachers, alumnae and families came together to honor the Academy’s rich history and bright future.
The celebration began with a special mass, followed by performances from students of all grade levels — from cheerful songs by the lower school to inspiring dances and musical pieces by the upper school.
The performances showed how talented the students are and how positive the school spirit still is, attendees say.
“My time at our school helped me learn more about teaching, and I have noticed many changes at the Academy recently,” said Upper School teacher Paul Sneed, who has been at the Academy for more than three years. “I am excited to see the school continue to grow and become even better.”
