The Academyʻs Junior class is proud to host the 2025 Annual Junior Fast, a meaningful tradition that brings together our high school community in faith, reflection, and service. This event is an opportunity for students to deepen their spiritfual journey, grow in solidarity with those in need, and strengthen their commitment to Jesus. Through prayer, fasting, and acts of charity, we come together as a school community to show compassion and gratitude towards those less fortunate. Join us as we “Glow in the Dark” through this year’s fast.

It’s the small moments that remind us why community matters; to lift each other up, make memories, and find a balance between it all.
Students of the Academy come together during the Fast to pack bags with essential supplies for a local homeless shelter in Honolulu. WIth each item they placed inside, they learned the true meaning of compassion and selflessness. A simple, yet profound gesture of kindness that shows even the youngest of hearts can make an impact.
A group of students sit as they engage in reflection and discuss deep questions of identity, purpose, and faith during the Fast. This moment captures the stillness and sincerity of young minds trying to make sense of it all.
Two guest speakers from the local homeless shelter visited to share about their organization and the impact of its program. They spoke with students about the realities of homelessness and expressed gratitude for the care bags the students will later prepare.
