Two sixth grade VEX IQ teams participated at aio Waialua at Windward Community College for the VEX IQ Highrise competition on Nov. 15.

Team 2436A was ranked 8th while team 2436B was ranked 12th out of 20 teams.

Team 2436A of Shari Ho, Fiona Sun and Emma Kauhane won the Sportsmanship Award.

Team 2436B consisted of Sugar Chung, Jessie Taketa and Kadee Waukee.

Junior High VEX teacher, Dawn Robertson, supervised the teams at the competition.
